SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

SHIPPING

  • Order confirmation mail is sent after you have placed the order. 
  • Once your handmade article is completed, we will dispatch the order and a shipping confirmation email is sent to you.
  • We are using our own delivery team thus assuring safe and undamaged delivery of the order.
  • Our orders ship within 7-10days of the order placement since all products are handmade.
  • A flat rate of 100rs is applicable on all orders under 1500rs.
  • Order cancellations are only allowed within 24hours of making the purchase. NO CANCELLATIONS are allowed after that.
  • Customized orders once placed CANNOT be cancelled after making the payment.
  • If you choose COD (cash on delivery) for your order and delivery is denied at your doorstep, no other attempts will be made for the delivery and no other orders will be accepted to the same address in future.

 

EXCHANGES

  • We only offer exchanges on our products, if informed within 24hours of receiving the product.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds.
  • In any case if the product delivered to you is defective or not to your liking, we will offer you an exchange with a replacement of the same product or store credit.
  • We will provide price adjustments in future orders in case store credit is issued.
  • The store credit MUST be used within 6months of the date issued.
  • Store credit will only be given once per customer to avoid any misuse of the offer.
  • In case you require an exchange, the product must have all the items originally included in the package. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if any components are missing.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchange if the product was damaged deliberately.
  • NO EXCHANGES will be offered for customized products.
  • In case of an exchange, you shall receive the replacement product within 5 days after we receive the defective product.
  • In case of store credit, you shall receive an email reflecting the store credit within 24hours after we receive the defective product.

 

NOTE : We assure safe and undamaged delivery of our products since each product is handmade under one roof and delivered by our own little delivery team.
